CINNAMON ROLL RECIPE
High Protein Flour 390g
Sugar 40g-50g
Instant Dried Yeast 5g
Salt 3g
Full Cream Milk 180g
Large Eggs 2nos
Unsalted Butter 50g
Cinnamon Powder 2tsp
Fillings
Sugar 170g
Melted Butter 60g
Cinnamon Powder 3Tbs
Direction: Just use spoon to stir until well combined.
Cream Cheese Topping
Icing Sugar 90g
Butter 35g
Cream Cheese 85g
Vanilla Extract 1tsp
Salt 1/8tsp
Direction: Blend with Thermomix Speed 5 for 20secs, then scrape down the sides and blend for another 20secs using Speed 5 until smooth consistency.
