I love what's called a "takeaway" for storm damage Not interested. "I can appreciate that... you don't want to buy anything. But this is a little different, we don't even know if you qualify yet..." almost every time they will let you continue with your pitch out of curiosity to see what they do or don't qualify for.

I tried this approach whenever I was told " not interested " ... I say I'm not here to sell you anything, in fact I knocked on your door because (Neighbor's name ) in the next house here mentioned to me that your roof looks pretty rough and that you might be interested on Information about it..... Or I would say [when it's my first door at the Neighborhood]: I'm not here to sell you anything, I'm here because I noticed something that could be damage on your roof. - then introduced my pitch to do an inspection- . I'm not sure if it's good or nah but it works 60/40 ... I'm here to learn how to make it closer to 100%... I'm not saying is the best way , I'm saying it has been working for me so far...

He’s a joke did you see him trying to teach Alex peirra the ufc champ ? Everyone in there was giving him respect because he’s their elder but they were chuckling and laughing in the background because the stuff he was saying was so strange and would never help in a mma fight much less streets I mean maybe against a untrained person but still he’s a joke man . Look up all these karate masters fighting a boxer or mma fighter they get beat bad so I think the only people in karate who beat mma fighters are the shaolin munks . Those guys would make Steven segal cry . There’s one in mma now and Everyone is terrified of him . Or what about the Muay Thai fighter bukwai ? He would destroy segal as well . Muay Thai fighters are extremely tough but not compared to akido guys

Truth is, at 22 and 18, you both ARE young. But we were all there at one point. In my experience, if you can show your knowledge and value the age factor will be put on the back burner. Oh yeah, carry yourself well.
