There are those lovely matches in League of Legends where the throne means nothing, and kills mean everything.
Where wins and losses don’t matter, but kills do. Moments where two teams can come together in harmony and paint a picture so messy and disjointed, that we have no choice but to call it a clown fiesta.

On number 5, IWillDominate recently admitted that both teams had gone to lunch at the same restaurant before the finals. There were some other factors at play. Both teams needed a top 2 finish, but not a win, in order to get into the LCS qualifier. The tournament was really poorly run, and both teams were super mad at the organizers, not to mention exhausted and looking forward to 3-5 more hours of play. And of course, an intentional draw was not allowed. So they agreed to split the prize money, no matter who won, and kick things off with an ARAM. I'd still just like to say that this should not have been considered an ethical problem. Prize splits aren't collusion as long as they are not tied to result.

Season 1 - 3: Support = ward bots. Season 4 - 6: Gold generation items abuses and Full AP Mage "supports." Season 7 - now: Whatever champ can go bot. Bot is basically a flex lane at this point.

ARAM is the most fun and entertaining part of LoL. Same with HotS and Brawl. Constant action, and no running away. More like a fighting game with much more variety than what is usually provided, and not just 1v1. Wish they would just make a game or game mode in an existing game that combined fighting games and mobas. The single lane concept is actually a direct port over from fighting games already, essentially locking players on to rails and forcing the confrontation, without the 100% based reflex combat of traditional fighting games but more strategy. I feel it's a good evolution of the genre if they just took out some of the randomization from it.

Actually the truth is even better 1 team realised if they won they faced the number 1 seed in the first round of the next tourney and the other team if they won wouldn't be in that situation. So they agreed to throw the match and split the winnings. That's why dignitas and curse were punished. They tried to fix standings in the next major tournament.
