My kitty isn't cuddly but that's ok. She does enjoy scritches on her head, jaw, or shoulder sometimes, and just me being around...I telecommute but when I do have errands that last longer than an hour, she gives me a stern look that has a "Where have you been?" vibe to it :).

My last cat couldn’t/wouldn’t see herself in the mirror, eyes just refused to focus on herself, but she had no problem with them and used them to monitor what I was up to from extra angles.

Staring at another animal can be a direct threat, it can also be just something they do with another creature they share a space with. Between cats staring is seen as insolence. Its also why they won't hold our gaze for long, they don't want to be insolent towards us

My one ignores the mirrors, he knows the cat there is him. his safe spot is under my bed, where he might spend half the night, unless he is sleeping next to me.

My cat loves to hide on top of my table it's really funny just seeing him on top of it from the window I remember my mum told me this year the Reverend was just passing by and he just took a picture of my cat on top of my table when I said I was like bro the entire time you never gets off of it it's one of his personal places the other favourite the first actually favourite place for him is literally the couch he's a couch potato cat I don't know how that works
