Check the description for the start time of each of the 15 shooting drills. Also, at the end of the video Coach Drew runs through a 3 point challenge. For those players that take the challenge; 1. Have someone record you doing it. 2. Post your video to KZbin. 3. Drop the link in the comments on this video. 4. We'll give you a shout out here and in EGT Daily - our daily email that reaches over 200k people around the world. - Joe @ TeamEGT

Not sure if anyone still checks things, but my friends were trying to get me to stop preloading the ball like Bradley Beal does in this video where you catch the ball from any position, then bring the ball to your chest and then bring below your waist before going back up for the shot. They said it would be better to catch and immediately go into the shooting pocket and fire.

Lots of these are straight from elite shooting 2.0, i have it and it looks great. But for some of the drills im not strong enough to get the ball to my pocket from that range, should i shoot closer or stick to the program?
@DeepGameBasketball

Correct. Stick to the program but stay in the range where your form integrity remains. So your 3-point range will be the edge of your range before your shooting form breaks down. Know what I mean? - Joe @ TeamEGT

I am a leftie but more comfortable shooting and getting into my shot with my right hand and left-right step, and whenever I try to do form shooting it seems my shooting elbow doesn't really extend and my whole shooting hand goes a bit to the left(don't really feel it when I shoot it, I saw it through a video and some people tell me I don't extend it and that it goes left).Any way I can fix that before getting into this workout and is there any video or tip for where should our shot pocket be?

You're welcome. However, there ways to train your shooting when you're tired to replicate late in the game scenarios. Run sprints and get winded and tired, and then shoot 10 free throws with your heart elevated and your breathing heavy. You can do the same with jumpers from certain spots on the floor. But limit the number of shots. And focus on QUALITY shots with GREAT form. Make sense? - Joe @ TeamEGT

Are these drills from elite shooting 2.0? Also would you recommend a one motion or two motion shot?

Some of these drills are from ES 2.0. If you can shoot with one motion that feels natural and delivers a good make percentage go with that. - Joe @ TeamEGT

I shoot with the basketball on top of my head and wanted to know if it's a bad shot to stick to and train with..? I do drain my shots and all that but everyone I know has a 2-motion shot and shoot just like the guy in the video. Like I said I make my shots and have tried switching but really can't but I wanted to know if its bad or not or as long as it works it's good.

EGT I've been using your program for i think nearly 4 months. Before that I was already considered one of the best players for my under 14s team but I was averaging around 12 points. Using EGT at the end of the season I averaged 14 points and got my game high in points with 20. Our new season has started and i'm now in the under 16s team while only being 13 years old. Today I reached my career high scoring an amazing 50 POINTS!!! and I thank it all to you guys.

I'm average size and have a good jumpshot but am not particularly quick. Do you have any tips on how I could create for my shot and beating my defender to the mid range or to the hoop. I often beat my man with shot fakes and then when I'm driving they reach behind my back and strip the ball. Thanks

I dont exactly have a shooting form I also can shoot from another form in dire situation. But now I mostly stick to the textbook form even though I feel comfortable with all forms ( no not behind the back shooting but that would be cool XD) and get roughly ( difference in points) the same FG percentage. Was sticking to the textbook form right? If not then what should I do? P. S : I am a 4 FT 5 inches 12 year old getting around 30 PPG because of you guys, Also I live in India so you won see any news about my plays since basketball isnt that important or popular in this country.
@DeepGameBasketball

Start sticking to a form that feels the best and that you like. I'd suggest something close to the textbook style because when an issue arises and you need to make an adjustment it's usually easier. Glad to hear we're helping you. Keep up the good work. - Joe @ TeamEGT
