I still have a pair that is unworn and the sneaker world knows nothing out it. I bought them at Chicago Shoe Outlet on Lincoln Ave on May 5, 1985. Still have the receipt and they are Brand new with barely any discoloration/oxidation. I bought two pairs at the time. I no longer have one of them but let me tell you, they tore my feet up back then and I still have a scar on my big toe because of them. Anyways, I paid $65 each for my pairs. Maybe one day, I’ll bring them out for the world to see. I also have a lot of sports cards and cars and no one knows I have except for my wife.
