i like to use both bullet and spirit slows and they do stack until you reach max slow on the enemy. it's so funny watching people turn to run but barely get anywhere.

INFERNUS is actually the most busted hero in the entire game. He is s++ can build 2 items and full tank and lifesteal and 6v1. He will actually put lifesteal most other dots in the entire game. Dude is LITERALLY a problem. Imagine full tank Thanotos, with lifesteal of his scythe on every abailty, and you do ADC damage with your autos. I. Hate. This. Hero.
