It took me years to figure out the balance thing. I could build things and do drywall all day and then do some art work or woodcarving in the evening but oh god if I had a doctor's appointment that would be the only thing I could do that day. I wondered why I was such a weakling! LOL 🤣

@@HowToGYST before going places like that, I can get nothing done, but afterwards, it’s like I have an intense nervous energy high, and I do a bunch of things pretty fast. It kinda sucks too lol 😂

Mine are mostly sinus related so decongestants, steroid nasal sprays, antihistamines, and painkillers usually do the trick. And plenty of rest. I hope you get relief soon. x

Sadly migraines are extremely individual, but I found the right hormonal birth control, magnesium supplements, and eating and sleeping on a regular schedule were all helpful for me.
