I pretty much have a uniform. Black or navy jeans, black Tshirt, black socks and shoes. Depending on what I’m doing I can switch out shoes to black boots or nicer shoes, a hoodie or sweatshirt to a nicer sweater or blazer. I live by myself at the moment so eat simply- salmon, chicken, eggs, veggies and salad. I’ve already started to say “no” to certain things! That’s big for me since I’m a people pleaser!

Love this! I got into the "uniform" thing this summer and it's amazing. Much more impactful than I expected it to be. Freeing up that brainspace for other things relieved so much stress. For the fall/winter I've moved to more of a capsule wardrobe concept, because I need to have variations for different temperatures. I'm still working out how to simplify it further. I also live alone and eat pretty much the same dinner every night. Just throw everything in the instant pot, turn it on, and---voila!---20 minutes later, dinner is served. For the sake of nutrition, I switch up the types of veggies. Now I'm obsessed. What other areas of my life can I apply this concept to? I want to simplify everything.

Oh my gosh, I have that same recurring dream! But not only did I not study for the test, I haven't been following classes, or signed up for the exam. It makes me super anxious. And when I wake up, I always have to remind myself that I already graduated Uni. - Thanks for the video! 😊

I like to re-evaluate my priorities seasonally (winter/spring/summer/fall). I try to pick just *one* area to focus on each season, but if I'm being honest, I usually end up with about three. One big project and one or two smaller habits. It really helps relieve my guilt over *not* doing certain things. Because I realize I can't do it all, and if I need to set Project X aside because it's not a priority right now, I can feel like I'm staying on task, sticking with the plan, and doing what I should be doing instead of beating myself up for not getting Project X done.

I’ve been watching lots of prep for the new year videos, and this is the one I plan on watching again - it’s approachable and realistic and, of course, delivered in your usual fun and caring manner. Thank you ❤!

II was not a good enough student to have that dream! Creating a basic meal plan list is a fantastic idea. ...I'd love to start my new year while feeling in control and in power. There are so many factors up in the air right now. Control would indeed be nice! Proactive instead of reactive with a plan in place! Heck yes!

I really like the anchor concept! Activities or places that help keep me grounded. I definitely make the library a priority for my daughter and I. Great video! Happy holidays and best wishes for 2025🎉
