Skipped over Indiana Pacers and Houston Rockets because alphabetical order is apparently very difficult for me. They will be covered in Part 2 tomorrow.

Max Christie would be quite interesting but he really need enough playing time and touches if he wants to have a breakout year.

For Nuggets it is probably is Peyton Watson, because Braun is already is basically broke out as a 7th man in rotation and getting minutes increase is not making him different player Watson is different - he is youngest player on the roster with fantastic defensive potential. Offensively he is very raw, but with more playing time in regular season he could grow to nice 3&D piece for Denver

That would mean either batum or covington is not in the rotation. This team is so stacked there is no room for a breakout. Same with the Lakers

I think if Bones Hyland can become more of a slasher and shot chuck less he could a very solid piece for the Clippers. Also Brandon Clarke will most likely be out all season because he tore his achilles pretty late into the season last year and he's a big, so that would free up some minutes for Kenny Loften. Other than that I agree with everything said.
@jeffreyvalentyn68157 ай бұрын
I totally agree, I feel like he has all the pieces and he’s close but I think his mindset just needs to change (i.e. more cutting/slashing, better shot creation, and smarter shot selection)

Marc may I mask why didn't u pick Aldama as a breakout player from Grizzlies? He might take some ballhandling responsibilities, he is good secondary shotblocker and he's good shooter on 4 position which is hard to cover with this size?
@bimapriyoanugerah3637 ай бұрын
Because it's his opinion and his video?
@maartenvz7 ай бұрын
He explained there are too many big guys on the team that will get minutes. Aldama will be in the rotation for sure but i dont think more than 25 minutes 9 pts per game. My hope is that ziaire Williams is the break out guy

Cam Thomas is gonna be the breakout player for Brooklyn
@MrRmmk17 ай бұрын
He broke out last season and immediately got benched because he doesn't do much outside of score. I'm not disagreeing that he may breakout again. However players that have a 1 track mind like that do not get extended playing time in the NBA.
@marlinesutherland53587 ай бұрын
@@MrRmmk1 he didn't break out last year because he wasn't given a role now that the stars are gone and they're no longer contending. Cam will get more playing time. He will get consistent mins and develop his game.
@MrRmmk17 ай бұрын
@marlinesutherland5358 didn't he have like 3 back to back 40 point games? Maybe he'll get more opportunity. I hope his game improves cuz his scoring is there
@marlinesutherland53587 ай бұрын
@@MrRmmk1 yeah he did but Nets fans were surprised by those games, we’ve seen him take over games in his rookie season even with former superstars on the floor. He will and should be able to get his opportunity with the stars gone.
@marlinesutherland53587 ай бұрын
I know it's only week 2 of the season and the Nets have only played 3 games but I knew Cam Thomas would be the breakout star for Brooklyn. He has already dropped 30+ in each game. Lonnie has been great for the Nets too off the bench but Cam has the opportunity now to force Brooklyn to give him the keys to the franchise.
