For people in countries that don’t get a lot of sun, those who are getting old or those who are infirm may not be able to get into the sun but, more importantly, we don’t always synthesise as much Vitamin D as we did in our youth. Taking supplements is an unfortunate necessity at times, nowadays. I think that more people suffer from Vitamin D deficiency than is realised. Go get it checked, people! ❤

Yes Sadly our soil is missing and so you have not the opportunity to take in organic ways... Pesticides are full in our foods I can get mostly Organic here. So as long as we can take in the correct amounts of organic foods... Great if not make sure you take vitamins minerals that are phytozymed... Which is what i take for last 8/9 years... Eat eggs, liver,fatty fish some of the foods with Vitamin D go on line and ask for Foods with vitamin D there are more than 20. I'm a red head so I can only do about 10 minutes at the most in Austrralian sun and I would be burnt and I know any one with darker skin their skin pigment protects them from the sun so you need to look at the food lists. My son did not go in the sun for the first couple of years of his life so I gave hime evaporated milk which has vitamin D in it. Hope this helps.

Great video! Barbara may be interested in learning about the carnivore lifestyle. It's far healthier than being a vegan. There are trace minerals that can only be found in meat. Meat is jam packed with bio-available vitamins and minerals. Our fruits and vegetables are all hybridized now and no longer have the nutrition they once possessed. The little bit of nutrition they do have, is difficult for the human body to absorb because of the natural plant toxins (oxalates) and fiber in them. The nutrition is clinging to the fiber and being flushed down the toilet. Do your research on oxalates, many of your weird symptoms will disappear when you eliminate them. The human digestive system was not designed to eat the amount of fruits and veggies that big pharm is pushing on us. Haven't you noticed that the more they push a plant based diet on us, the sicker and fatter people get? This is by design. Get back to eating like your great great grandparents, which was a diet heavy in animal sourced food; Beef, bacon, butter, eggs, etc.. A good place for you to begin your research is Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Lisa Weideman. The issue isn’t whether your mother had a healthy liver prior colorectal cancer. There are many factors to consider. The stage of the cancer.. the type of cancer.. her immunity.. how soon did the treatment begin.. what treatment was implemented.. her diet and lifestyle. There are many factors to investigate as to why it spread to the liver.

Like many who tell the truth are silenced, yes. She never calls herself a Dr. She was a nurse then trained in natural healing. I can't recall if she's a naturopath. You keep taking the meds and listening to WHO, Fauci and those founded by Gates. Drs usually get about 1 hr or 1 session about nutrition. They've said it.
