How does coffee impact your health? While coffee itself is packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that can offer health benefits, it's often what you add to your coffee that can cause harm. Sugary syrups, heavy creamers, and artificial sweeteners can significantly increase your intake of calories and unhealthy fats. In fact, a typical flavored latte can contain up to 400 calories and 20 grams of sugar, which may contribute to weight gain and increase the risk of chronic conditions like diabetes and heart disease. It's not just the coffee-it's the extras that can turn your morning brew into a health risk.

How does coffee ruin your health? It's full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It's not the coffee, it's what you put in it. Been doing intermittent fasting, whole foods, no refined sugars, low carb and have lost 25lb in 3 months. I drink 400mls of coffee made in a moka pot every day. I also drink 2 litres of water. These are the only things I drink aside from the occasional cup of black tea.

If someone is sensitive to caffeine, it can affect their cortisol levels and adrenal glands causing other issues...one of them being a struggle in losing weight. People that are insulin resistant, also struggle with drinking coffee. Coffee overall acts as a diuretic so it can cause dehydration which means loss of minerals.

Organic coffee, certified mold free… One cup a day, sometimes decaf, sometimes half-caf. But then I put a tablespoon of organic ghee and a tablespoon of coconut oil and blend. Sometimes I add my magnesium potassium electrolytes/salts. No alcohol, very, very low carb diet. Occasionally a one day fast which ends up not being 24 hours, but 36 hours because of the two nights on either side of the one day,promotes autophagy.

Coffee bean is thoroughly washed to get rid of residue products BEFORE it is processed to peel off the OUTER HUSK that covers the INNER coffee bean. My question is not related to this topic but is very important, that's why I looked for your most recent video, hoping that I will get an answer quicker. My wife is 76 years old and has refused to have a mammogram because she is concerned about the dangers of radiation. She had a cyst removed many years ago and now is considering having a mammogram because of her primary doctor's persistent recommendation. She has been a type 2 diabetic for over 36 years, taking insulin, had a heart attack and stents. What can you advise her? Do you yourself have a mammogram as recommended by your doctor, if you have one. Your prompt response will be very much appreciated. May God bless you for all the things you do for us to have control of taking care of our own body! Please continue your God quided mission.

I can't do mammograms as even 20 years after a lumpectomy the site is too painful for that procedure. They really squish your breast. I have ultra sound every year. It's apparently not as accurate but sufficient.
@arymhansie4 ай бұрын
In the UK women over the age of 50 have a mammogram every three years as recommended by their doctors. Some doctors say that the amount of radiation is relatively small and will not cause cancer. There are other options such as an ultrasound which is completely safe. A more expensive but completely safe screening tool is to have a breast MRI if you are concerned. If your wife is worried then request for an MRI , this is certainly the best option. An ultrasound is also extremely safe.

Despite the cancer being under control he has experienced significant weight loss and can't seem to get it back on despite consultations with numerous doctors at home and abroad. Can you suggest what could be the probable cause/s for this difficulty and what might be some solutions for our friend to get his weight back up? Alternatively, you may wish to direct us to one of your previous videos where you would've dealt with this situation/condition. Currently, he's trying QTEH Therapy. Thanks for you continued fearless good work that educates us about our bodies and general health and wellbeing. More so the tips and remedies you provide to us so that we can enjoy a high quality of life. Thanks again.

You have to dig more and more deeply for the right information to finally get to the truth about that scam so called therapy. His cancer is actually growing for sure behind the false appearances. Find another real, honest doctor and cure that goes to the true causes of cancer..... and that truly aim to heal them, in order to see long lasting and totally benefic results.

So how come the people from blue zones are eating mostly carbs? How come italian's have no weight issues and are eating a carb based diet? Japonese also. American classic breakfast is eggs and bacon and italian's eat sweet's like cornetti or a cookie wich one have weight issues? From my point of view real food makes you happy it helps you have a real love for real food and have a real normal relatinship with food. The high processed food it creats addiction and you will always have problem's regulating the amount you eat, the reason you are eating it. Dont be afraid to eat some bread be afraid of the food that is in 1000 shades of shit from light yellow to a dark brown. Be afraid to eat the meals prep :how is it normal to cook the rice on monday and eating it on friday? WTF? Cook your lunch and dinner and eat the food fresh and enjoy it with your family and friends. Drink water? I drink 4 liters of water effortlessly my 7 years old son drinks 2 liters it is the normal thing to do why do i need to force my self? Why a human beeing is not drinking water? A soda only makes me more thirsty. I never in my life drinked water because is healty i drink water because i am thirsty and that is what any form of life on earth does. Why would i buy a machine to make the cucumber jiuce? I dont drink a cucumber i will eat it and i drink water. Why would i buy a jar for my todler? I cook for him we eat togheter. It is an amazing joy to share food with your family and cook for them and with them and not be afraid to eat some pasta. Stesss is the biggest enemy and food that does not look like food.

Bread is an enemy food in North America because of the what they do to the grain and how it is baked. The pesticides used are banned in most other countries. A lot of bread is in the US and Canada is made to resemble cake rather than bread and most bread is baked without letting the yeast rise long enough resulting in bread that stinks of yeast and molds in 3 days. In other parts of the world bread is not sweet, not spongy and not stinky. Yeast that is not allowed to rise properly causes bloating and gastro problems for many people.

Doesn’t sourdough bread convert into glucose? Why did she recommend it?
@Courage2keepgoing4 ай бұрын
Because, if you’re going to eat bread sourdough is the best choice. It is from the fermentation of the dough that makes it better.

If you don't want to drop your rice, cook it like Iranian nomad women cook it. Wash the rice until water is clear. Boil the rice with enough water. Once boiled and almost cooked drain that water and rinse the rice. Then put it back in the pot and finish cooking it. That's how I am cooking rice now.
