@m3lanien3al Жыл бұрын
@@hiddenmarcoYes, it is messed up that good, healthy food is often not near us and buying good food online is expensive. But as you take your health into your hands, think of it this way: Would you rather spend the money now to keep you healthy or would you rather spend it later on bills when you're sick in the hospital?
@hiddenmarco Жыл бұрын
@m3lanien3al yea u right I've already been seriously sick before from a kidney stone so I know how it feels to already be drowned in medical debt and I'm only 21 and woulda definitely rather spent that money on the former Its expensive but with less pain and my family gets on me now about spending so much on groceries but I've learned the lesson sadly even tho alotta ppl in mynfamily or sick themselves they still don't follow along I just wanna find someone that values health information as much as I do

1. I just recently learnt about nuts properly. For years I limited eating nuts because of the fat content not realsing that it actually helps you to lose weight. This is because it keeps you fuller for longer, like for real!!!! Also your body is supposed to run off healthy fats not processed carbs /sugars, fats etc. Nuts , avocados helps your body stay in ketosis ( using fat as fuel). It's also Great for my muscles and lots of energy. I find it easier to fast now because I consuming way more natural, unsalted nuts daily ( in moderation) . I have been vegan for over 8 years eating what I thought was healthy. I was still consuming process carbs , including brown crabs. For years I did not understand why my weight was more on the thick side ( not fat), I eat mainly fruts and veg. I always put it down to PCOS and stress. I did not realise that anything that is processed is triggering my insuline, even if its brown ( rice, flour, pasta) . Took out all the white and brown process carbs and I dropped over 5 lb in a matter of weeks. Now get my carbs from food created by GOD. (as much as I can, as Iive in London and GMO fruits and veg are everywhere). I do intermittent fasting as well, reduce my insuline spike and give my body time to repair. Knowledge is power/ful when you use it!!! The system is trying to kill us slowly while making trillions. Sugar is a Drug addiction that is a man made epidemic. This includes the GMO fruits that are Genetically modified to be super sweet and addictive. Bitter tasting fruits and veg are almost erased from the Western Diet. Which means low bile production, which means digestive issues. Knowledge is power/ful when you use it!!! Teach your children!!! Sending Healing and Love to the world 🌻 ❤💛💚🌻.

Speaking of nuts--what about pecans? Dr. Sebi, who championed the benefits of an alkaline diet, said that pecans are not a natural nut. Walnuts, he said, are natural. He recommended walnuts (and Brazil nuts too, I think) but walnuts are acidic. Just like pecans. Almonds and chestnuts are alkaline, but he didn't recommend them. I love pecans, but I'll only eat them if they're good for me. Thank you for the video, Dr. Price. Your content is invaluable.

I became really into food since then.. I used to get my moms kitchen towel and sleep with it at night and loved the smell of freshly cut veggies~onions~garlic~peppers 😂🙃
