well....I'm proud of it but there are other people out there who are better than me. My strongest point is patience and persistence and not wavering from the task at hand in completeing the world war 2 era...entirely....that's where almost everybody fails.... entirely....the whole thing.... not done until it's finished.... I constantly have to remind myself of that bottom line as well...it is a discipline.

buut doing that in the gym with sets of 385 pound squats followed by band squats and following through to completion translates to making model and data work slightly more appealing in contrast. It's a big machine the mind body and training of it all into a synchronious power grid level VI. lol... I had to say it like that.
