Thanks for the video. Like you I am using the Aqara products for their compatibility with HomeKit and their use of local storage. To me, these advantages make the disadvantages something I am currently living with until a better product comes on the market. I would actually love for Aqara to be the one to put out a better doorbell and a better lock that still check all the boxes.

Our camera hub doesn't appear to be a matter hub. Tried linking it to the U200 door lock and it doesn't work (it requires the other more expensive hub apparently?). This means purchasing yet another hub and defeats the object of our large purchaces to move to aqara smart home eco system. Very dissappointed.

I have nothing against featuring sponsored products, that's how KZbinrs make a living, but when the same product is reviewed by (many) others I subscribe, almost on the same day/in the same week, a review turns to become just an ad....

It’s funny you say smart home products aren’t really smart if you have to do a bunch of tinkering but then you mention Home Assistant at the beginning.

No it definitely don’t work as easy as it says if you use home assistant it won’t work pretty much at all
