Sweet footage! I’m from SWVA, visit Boone almost weekly and just got back from a week long riding trip in Brevard! It’s a small world...

Semi-Sendy the only thing that’s spooky about it is, how far from help you are if something went wrong 😳😳
@corbettlovesbikes4 жыл бұрын
Well that and the size and the speed and the turn. 😂

The only thing your channel needs is more content. Videos are very well filmed, well edited, and overall just well put together. Keep 'em coming!

Great video! Top notch! Are you still doing the enduro with it being pushed back to October? I'm hoping I can still make it down.
@SemiSendy4 жыл бұрын
Thanks a bunch, Zach! I still plan to make the new dates for the Enduro. Might get rowdy with the leaves dropping. Hah! Just spent the last two weekends there and got redemption on the Heartbreak shutdown. Heartbreak just blows my mind. Such and awesome ride.

@@SemiSendy Semi-Sendy Nice! Looking forward to seeing you there. Heartbreak is such an awesome ride, especially under the gun! A 12 minute enduro stage is brutal! I can imagine both heartbreak and kitsuma have a decent amount of exposure in the fall too. Just adds to the sketch!

How long are the climbs, also how are they? (Love the videos!)
@SemiSendy3 жыл бұрын
Climbs in Pisgah can be fairly long, a lot of times you’re looking somewhere the neighborhood of 1000 feet. In general though, a lot of it on fire roads which makes things pretty manageable. You can get into some fairly grunt worthy hike a bike sections though. There’s no question at the end of the day though, it’s completely worth it.

this looks nothing like the upper black mountain I did last week.
@SemiSendy4 жыл бұрын
The Upper B portion was from 9:11 to 10:20. This was about 6 months after the re-work on the side dropping into the club/buckwheat/avery junction. It's pretty insane how much traffic all of the Ranger district trails saw this past season. I rode Middle Black about 3 weeks ago and it's sustained some serious wear in the last 4 months.

@@SemiSendy yeah the trail is seriously rugged right now. some sections are massively washed out. my epic without a dropper was a nightmare
