Creamed spinach is a classic steakhouse side, not an afterthought. I haven't had their version but I've had some really good ones. I won't have the opportunity to have this dish anywhere else unless I make it.

I love their creamed spinach. I used to dine at House of Prime Rib in San Francisco and others and all of them have creamed spinach. I love a side of creamed spinach. An interesting addition would be a touch of mace. My mum used to put mace in her creamed spinach and I love mace in mine as well.

@@harrietharlow9929 I well remember the creamed spinach there because a thoughtless former coworker decided a bunch of us should dine there during a period of vegetarianism I was practicing at the time and it became the only thing for me to eat during the meal! I love the Potatoes au gratin and creamed spinach. Admittedly, these dishes probably come from the fact that the restaurant started in Louisiana, but as a Southerner, this is the type of food we enjoy.

What pretentious narrative. Truffle this truffle that, but totally denigrate a baked potato. I'd much rather have a baked potato to soak up all that beef juice than go on and on and on about how I had truffle mac and cheese despite it not actually being an actual truffle, instead it being a truffle flavoured oil. I agree with the potatoes au gratin at Ruth’s Chris. I’ve the mistake several times and can do better with Betty Crocker from a box. However, the RC in Rogers, AR is a darn fine steakhouse.

I have always hated Mac and Cheese so not going to take that advice. Their barbecued shrimp are fantastic. They come on some boiling garlic butter with some other spices and its just delicious. When you finish the 5 shrimp you start dunking your bread in it. The other App is the stuffed crab-meat mushrooms. Those 2 with a medium rare T bone and I'm satisfied and go home full. They used to have smoked salmon and smoked trout as Apps both were great. Had some roasted oyster dish once found I don't like oysters. As for lobster bisque I was not a fan they make it different then we do in New England I think they use cognac not sherry. I have had their crayfish bisque that came in a bowl that you eat thats was pretty good not sure if thats seasonal or just gone. The item I loved thats missing was the chocolate moose cheese cake.

Sides some of them make it and some don’t,sides have to be fixed to work the meal.only the chef 👩‍🍳 is the one who knows what sides,works with what meal,the sides are to be fresh ,cooked well and have everything what it takes to make a great meal.

I have to disagree with a lot of your judgements. Depends on taste. I love brussel sprouts but theirs were the worst I ever had. lone star's were way better. baked potatoes are great if done right, don't need a lot of salt on them, none is better. The rest is personal taste and seems your sucks!! Sorry but a lobster and mac and cheese is just a very cheap good food with added cost of lobster is just a waste. Get both separate, much better.
