Because of how relevant Calyrex-S is, I've been running Garganacl due to Purifying Salt halving ghost type moves. Run max HP, Max Sp. Def, Careful Nature. Iron Defense Salt Cure Recover Fissure Leftovers and Tera Flying. 😁

Stall can exist in the format, but for the most part it’s very fast paced since it’s only 3v3. Try to find a balance on your teams between heavy-hitting mons and mons that can switch in and survive hits. Momentum is super important! Also, I have a LOT of vids on my channel (battles, guides, Top 5s, etc). Feel free to check those out and see if they help too. Good luck!
