It depends on the consulate. Every consulate has different processing times. You can sometimes find the processing times on the consulate's website.

Hello sir, my son is born US citizen, he sponsored us case is IR 5 PD approved on 2 aug 2021 and DQ September 29 2022. We are still waiting for interview call, islamabad embassy. My question is how long more we have wait ? Second my son is with us he is 16 years old, i know when we get green card then we can apply for him, it wull take i don't know how many years, do you have any other way to bring him in US ? Islamabad currently has very long processing times and there is little that you can do to speed it up, unfortunately. Your other son MIGHT qualify for special immigrant juvenile status IF he is able to re-enter the US on a new visa.

What if a person entered the US with tourist visa and married a US citizen after 90 days. She have a lawsuit and claiming unemployment benefits from the country she left behind until now, will the immigration find out about this and get her denied ?
