Great video! As an DIT & Videooperator I am using a ecoflow Delta Mini 2 and the unit cant be used on set because ist to loud just by 30W usage on set too.

wish they would add an DC 12/24v XLR output for plugging in the camera in directly. Would be more efficient and less clunky than having to plug in the AC power adapter into the block.

You can't fly with these. That's where traditional blocks like the Core Maverick have the advantage. It uses Nickel metal hydride chemistry that can be checked under the plane.

Are you no longer using the gold mount adapter to power your dji transmission? I just got the unit yesterday and was curious if you ran into any issues with the on camera gold mount power solution.

It depends on the situation. I won’t if I’m using the Focus Pro system because the cable hub gets really messy because of where the ports end up. Power also doesn’t pass through unless the Transmission is turned on and it puts all the ports on the operator side. Not a huge fan of Tilta’s design but unfortunately there’s no other option.

@@robchado gotcha that makes sense. I tried mounting the battery plate so that the sdi ports were on the camera side for nearly 25 minutes before realizing it was designed for operator side…. Annoying but I do like the sleekness of the battery pancake.

On my Delta Mini, I don’t remember the outlets being available while charging which was a dealbreaker for me. DJI has the UPS mode which is enabled by default.
