Sai Argyle, Kuzzey, and basically Kira's friends in Seed, especially in Destiny, are characters we barely see, even though they’re the people the protagonist SHOULD care about from the start. And by the way, it’s frustrating that we’re getting another Astray story, but we still won’t know if Kuzzey is okay, since the poor guy’s last appearance had him saying he was being spied on.

Sai is important enough, his role is to look pathetic and get his hot fiancee cucked from him by the mighty main character Kira F-in Cheesuus Goddam Yamato (who is fukuda and any viewer avatar for wish fulfillment and escapism). After his hot fiancee; Fllay dead, his role ended and now useless. No wonder, the Seed Freedom movie main plot is uncharacteristically about Kira getting cucked, because it is hard to surpass prior character establishment.

You will need a separate video entirely dedicated to Witch of Mercury seeing everyone are pointless and wasted potential. Imo. From the four hags of Pail, the cool Jeturk family, the dumb but scheming Grassley who think they are smarter than they thought (but actually just ripoff of Guin san Rainford and Slaine from aldnoah), and the supposedly great Delling f-in rembrant .all the side character are more interesting and supposedly have more interesting story potential than the main character.

Hush death was most frustrating for me, especially how unrecognized he is by the community. Bro really had potential to be a Gundam pilot, but all that to get a hunk of mental directly in the cockpit. His growth, his personality, his attitude, so many things was nice. If anyone deserves to live and tell the tale, it's him. Not that kid Orga shielded for no reason.

And Vidar too which spent at least 3 episodes being worked on by the engineers, have a short fight with Lupus Rex and then disassembled into Kimaris Vidar. Like what the hell? You spent so much time hyping this thing up only for it to get thrown aside so quickly? I think it would've been better if its' fight with Lupus Rex was changed and instead Gaelio fights Mcgillis before being overwhelmed by the sheer power of Bael and has to retreat. It'll provide much needed screen time for both suits and show just how powerful Bael was

It's reasons like this that I love EVERYTHING that 0083 Rebellion has done for Monsha. In there, he really had much more presence and much more of an antagonist against Kou when Gato wasn't around. It also helps that we really got to know so much more with Monsha's past and how it fleshes his character so much more as opposed to just being a normal sleezy dirtbag with no screentime.

Speaking of McGillis MS Baal was wasted i mean its one of the few mobile suits that can fly but blondie only handheld weapons are swords. I feel like Amuro was wasted in Zeta and AGE wasted itself with Kio i mean asemu already had different perspective on Vagans and it would've been fun with him being the main character as a pirate his son fell flat as a lead imo.

That’s the Thing about IBO. The Shows main focus is on Chivalric Ideology, while focusing the Majority of The battles on Full-On Melee Combat! The Bael is steeped in Knightly Legacy! A Gundam that represents Gjallohorn’s Gundam/Family Houses as being the ones to invoke control over Space! It’s just that after Years of Stagnation, all Of that Organization began to grow Corrupt (Like Any) and loosen their Moral Ethics in favor of Political and Economic Advantage! The Bael Gundam’s Power came not from the Tools it used, but As a Symbol of a Return to Form, to bring Back Morality and Justice. But it wasn’t meant to be, as McGillis was too Heavily influenced by his Own Desires, and his bitter upbringing! Even so, his actions substantially Changed the Power dynamics and lead to Mars’ true Independence.

The thing about Mcpedo there is also an orphan himself and the story is about Char being part of the main squad in the end yeah. What sucks most is honestly the pacing and how some episodes are used..... The G Orphans games barely added extra stuff sadly and only filled in between S1 and S2

Ok I may be wrong about this, but I'll defend Marina. Yes Setsuna would have changed after seeing his comrades die, especially Lockon 1's death, but Marina's role is more than just "change Setsuna" but also teach him that 'Peace cannot be kept with force; it can be achieved by understanding', if Setsuna didn't learn that from her then 00 would have a different outcome, especially during Awakening of the Trailblazer. In a way Marina is ment to be Setsuna's foil, a princess who doesn't want violence or bloodshed, her views and ideals are flawed but so were Setsuna's, that’s why when they saw each other again at the end of Awakening of the Trailblazer both of them admit that the other was right. At the end of the day, all of this is my opinion and I can fully respect and understand your opinion of disliking her. But for me, without Marina Ismaili, the themes and message of Gundam 00 wouldn't have much impact.

Honestly I would have much preferred your version of season 2 VS the actual version of season 2 for Ibo because man I hated that a lot of it can be best described as all of our main characters are stupid just so the villains can win and just so we can have a dark conclusion. A lot of these characters were wasted not utilized and are just there because why not and it's especially funny that a lot of these characters are from the new series of gundam and/or second seasons of those gundam shows. And unfortunately even when we got to witch from Mercury, nothing was changed. Sigh at least we have that moment where everyone rallies behind Bae, however I am pretty sure that she would be way more stronger than whatever the heck the actual plot for Ibo season 2 was lol.

Season 2 however...... They went way to death happy for a whole bunch of characters especially ones that didn't need to die but only for the heroes side and not so much on the villain side aside from a moron and another moron. Oh and Shino STILL should have had that final shot be a victory and not a damn it how did you miss!?

I agree, here's my thoughts what could've happen to Hush in S2. He should have had found a Gundam frame and slowly had this rebuilt. Then have him pilot it while Mika is out of commission for a bit. I also would want Mika's character to change as well, having a conflicted thoughts with McGillis as he wants to live a simple life in the future. There are so many potential in ibo but unfortunately it's kinda let down on how it just ended that way. Orga's character became dumb. S1 is still the most enjoyable out of the two, everything just made more sense. Even the deaths.

We were robbed of logic and everything in season 2 which makes me still would rather recommend people just watch season one and then pretend season 2 never happened.

They may not have been obvious towards their feelings for each other then, doesn't mean it will stay the same later on.

Marina's assistant was far more useful and contributed a lot more in 00, especially in Season 2. Also remember when Shaddick almost staged a hostile takeover but gut a slap on the wrist at the end of WFM? Like, wowee he got a prison sentence but knowing how justice works around corporate people, he'll get bailed like a week later and go back to his schemes. Or when real Elan was around Peil but then was like "gg bye" at the end and probably still lets his body doubles do his bidding? At least the CEO's got sent to a nursing home which is amusing.

Wang Liu Mei was the Information Broker. She along with her Brother (her Butler) had a substantial Impact on the show! As without her Help, Celestial Being would’ve been unable to Find Ribbons’ HQ! His Base armed with to the Teeth with Weapons that he wanted to use in order to Bring Earth under his control by using the AEU as his Proxy!
