“ Tommy want wingy” you should have said that 😂. 2-3 minutes to cut in to wings. I tried that few weeks ago. Took me 25 minutes lol

Just got a Loco Kettle. Watching this video is making me want to make some chicken wings on it. All of the three cooks that you have used your sauce have been amazing. Have a wonderful day Tommy.

Great video. Love the rotation technique with the slow and sear. But I have to say I beat you to this! At the bkock party I hosted last Saturday I ran my Masterbuilt for some of the meat, but I did a direct cook of JD wings on my Weber and they very popular! Thanks!

I love that blue cheese dressing but not for my wings. They're good just the way you made them! 🤤🔥🍻

I buy the Boars Head crumbled Gorgonzola. If you don’t really like blue cheese because it’s too pungent. It’s definitely more mellow, it still tastes like blue cheese but the texture is different and it doesn’t have that strong bite from an aged one. I’d recommend people who don’t really like blue cheese to try it and see. IMHO there’s nothing that goes with wings better than a good blue cheese dressing.

How would you recommend a recipe for a pellet grill? Same temp? or different temp on a pellet grill?
