Word of advice: make sure it's parchment paper. A lot of comments said it stuck to the paper or foil. Hope this helps Here's the recipe for those that can't get it: 3 crowns broccoli, cut into large florets 10 oz shredded parmesan cheese salt, garlic powder + onion powder to taste instructions Preheat your oven to 420°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Bring a large pot of water (1/2 way full) to a boil. Add in the large florets and 1 tsp salt and bring back to a boil. Blanch the broccoli for just a minute or two, then strain and transfer to a platter lined with paper towels. Do not over boil the broccoli. Sprinkle the baking sheet evenly with your cheese so that there is a thin layer. Next transfer the broccoli to the sheet, slightly spacing them out so that you have room to mash them. Take a small shot glass and smash the broccoli pieces down gently but firmly. Sprinkle the tops with salt, onion powder and a little garlic powder. Transfer to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese has turned golden brown and the broccoli is turning crispy. Allow to cool slightly and then break apart to serve.

Made this last week. Was experimenting and did half the pan with cauliflower. Used my air fryer and seasoned with garlic powder and pepper. Dipped it in ranch + hot sauce mixture for dip. Pretty good!

You don’t necessarily need to eat broccoli everyday but eating some version of cruciferous vegetable every day is ideal. That includes broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale, bok choy, arugula, brussels sprouts, collards, watercress and radishes💯💚

I love broccoli and could eat it every day, but I'd be more inclined to eat more cruciferous veggies if I could have a little more variety, as you suggest! Interesting factoid: Cruciferous vegetables belong to the genus Brassica. They're called cruciferous because their four-petaled flowers look like a crucifix, or a cross.

@@ChanelBrink very true, certain medical conditions can make eating these cruciferous vegetables problematic. Most of them are high in FODMAPS as well which could cause digestive issues for certain individuals as well. Definitely always eat what feels best for your own body and what has been cleared by your specific doctor and registered dietitian if one is available to you💯💚

I have made these with many different vegies! I love them. They last a week or so. I keep them in a brown paper bag. Cauliflower is my fav! You have to try it. I even bake parmesan cheese into chips!

Hey to be honest guys all you need is to bake some thinly sliced broccoli on a sheet pan with some olive oil fresh garlic and sea salt..... slightly overcook it and MAN they were the best chips Ive ever had!

I was always slim or muscular my entire life. I’ve fatten out of shape now as an older person and I’m gonna try this. I don’t know what temperature or time to put on it but I’m going to definitely make an effort with this because it looks delicious and my problem with broccoli I don’t dislike it but it bores me I get it I can eat a couple of stocks with a meal, but it doesn’t have any wild factor. This gives it the wild factor

Respectfully, some of us cannot eat broccoli and cruciferous is actually unhealthy for a majority of the population. But I love your food and your spirit just leave the cruciferous for the cows.❤😂
