Hi everyone! In this video I propose two very tasty alternative pasta recipes that you have probably never tried! the first recipe is Tuscan gnudi with tomato sauce, very easy to make. Just prepare a simple ricotta and spinach-based dough and boil the gnudi for a few minutes! A delicious and satisfying dish is ready! The second recipe is the Tuscan and Ligurian testaroli which I love so much! I'll show you how to prepare fresh pasta in a quick and easy way without getting your hands dirty! They are perfect for lunch or dinner for the whole family! Testaroli with tomato and ricotta sauce are truly irresistible! Choose the recipe you like best and let me know which one is your favorite!

Ingredients:
- 500 gr of spinach
- 250 gr of ricotta
- 1 egg
- 150 grams of flour
- 40 gr of Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
For the sauce:
- 1 clove of garlic
- 500 gr of tomato puree
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil

- 300 grams of wholemeal or white flour
- 450 ml of water
- Salt
- 15 ml of olive oil
For the sauce:
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 250 ml of tomato sauce
- 120 gr of ricotta
- Salt, pepper, oregano
- Olive oil

Salut, merci pour cette recette succulente je viens de la faire en test en préparation d'un repas. 5 Boulettes ça me semble de trop pour l'entrée. Je mettrai 20g de parmesan en plus dans la préparation. Ciao, grazie per questa deliziosa ricetta, l'ho appena provata in preparazione per un pasto. 5 polpette sembrano troppe per l'antipasto. Metterò nella preparazione altri 20g di parmigiano.
