As someone who doesn't live in America, I'd say these designs are very sad. I've never been to New York, but always been intrigued by the old timey new York buildings. Especially the Interior. Good quality wood, nice colors etc. But these modern apartments that are popping up not only in America but in the West in general are like soulless husks. They feel so empty, like a dystopian sci Fi movie. Make architecture great again, please....

We just bought a "luxary condo" one bedroom in Queens a year ago for 750K and I thought that was pretty pricey but seeing that a one-bedroom goes for 1.5 mil in that building and a 3 bedroom 6 million, I totally feel like I got a deal in comparison. NYC really is going to be an exclusive haven for the rich in a few decades. Selling in about 10 years and ghosting for the South. It's not really worth it.

Okay now... I really LOVED that ventilation design solution and that beveled countertop island! Beautiful views. Beautiful building. Beautiful space! However... I'm not feeling $6.5M. I'm not "feeling" that at all. THAT price and not a fireplace to be found? No private outdoor space? At that price level I'd want a fireplace in the living room, master bedroom, and den/office space. There are lots of design elements/solutions that I REALLY liked in this space that I could easily scale and incorporate into much less expensive properties which would elevate them and increase their value. BUT MY QUESTION OF THE DAY IS... Who styled Jamin??? That was a rather haute couture ensemble! Very nice and QUITE chic!
