These AI-powered smart glasses will change the game for the deaf or hard of hearing. They provide real-time subtitles during conversations. The technology, used with a phone app, can remember conversations too - helpful for those who are forgetful. They also translate languages. seriously can I get these?? My hearing is sensitive/unfiltered noise and I struggle to understand people in busier environments. Understanding someone with an accent is nearly hopeless for me, usually I gotta lean on a friend to save me from the social awkwardness by having them translate after I still don't understand in the repeat 😂 this would literally save me SO much and relieve a ton of social anxiety!

Our phones can already do this but a little less refined. Mobile phone tech and form factor is developing into standalone wearables in the next decade or so, especially with the breakthrough we have been seeing with augmented reality it last couple of years.
