This would be a nightmare to code, but this would be a great way solve the balance problem with TTW. ‘Benny humbles you’ is a good mod, but a restart like that kinda feels like a new game rather than one continuous play-through. Heatstroke and MSS could be set up as background stats, then ramp up difficulty as you enter FNV - so you could keep all your stats etc, but still have a difficulty spike

I think it's fair for some NPC's, like Fiends(damn they packing bling heat), but I do think this might devalue scavenging even more then it already was, scavenging was never really that good outside of quick cash but many mods just tweak values and voila, it's fixed

hey so im having a problem with a stealth boy sniper enemy wich spawns randomly and starts shooting any one who is in range including npcs i dont want to save scum but this mf just spawns and starts killing quest npcs, and in one occasion a giant radscorpion started killing everyone in goodsprings, do you know wich mod could be that adds that sniper dude? i have 271 mods and i started adding them a while ago, really dont remember wich of them can be, i really like your mods showcase thanks.

A mod series idea that might be cool is an “usual” Fallout mod series. Not like “wow so random weird” but mods that add or do completely out there things. For example, there’s mods for the grand strategy Hearts of Iron 4 that turns the game in FNAF (like, uses the GUI system to 100% just remake FNAF,) makes a fake multiplayer chat log where countries shit talk you, adds Tetris, ect. I’m sure people have made equally unusual mods for Fallout.

I'd like to offer another rebalance mod called New Blood, it uses BLEED as a basis but changes the bleeding mechanic so it only procs with bladed attacks. It has the benefit of making the combat just as challenging but without changing perk levels (as it was made with S6S extra perks compatibilty in mind). B42 dropmag, although not a strictly hardcore oriented mod, helps with getting rid of the constant recharging after every battle; now you have to pay attention to your mag after multiple battles and, if you reload, the mag will drop live rounds which you must pick up again. Immersive fast travel encounters also adds fun text events with both pros and cons. Immersive recoil will make you space out your shots more, it's easy to lose control of a weapon while spraying and the NPCs WILL punish you (moreso if you're using New Blood, you die in like 3 hits on Very Hard) so you'll be inclined to use VATS to secure kills or go for body shots with rifles or SMGs. And finally the most hardcore mod of them all, Dead is Dead by HeroinZero; you have a customizable amount of lives and once you die you'll see your statistics for that run with no option to respawn, it's an incredible experience and, coupled with New Blood or Vicious Wastes, really makes you choose a more tactical approach to even the most trivial fights. Also you can't abuse quicksaves.
