My break-fast today is two scrambled eggs with a half cup of cottage cheese, just added salt and onion powder. So delicious!!! I also ate some extra cottage cheese by itself.

I do eggs with chicken sausage or bacon and goat cheese for additional protein. Delicious!

If you can't get hold of yellowfin tuna, one that is low in mercury is skipjack tuna. Also, a very fast and high protein meal is a frittata. Substitute fried potatoes for a variety of vegetables and use more eggs if you want to make it look like a gateau. Cheers.

I should have waited till later to watch, im hungry now 🤣😆 love these suggestions, simple and easy and so good. When i focus on the propro my whole day becomes easygoing, not stressing ab the next meal or having cravings is life changing 🎉

I like the idea of adding cottage cheese to your eggs, but is it worth it to spend more for the Good Culture brand when cooking it would likely kill the beneficial bacteria that make that brand so expensive?

Question I have been trying to figure out, is the diaas score For two combined plant proteins higher than the individual foods and if so how does that math work? For example if you have beans and rice and that ends up being a complete protein, does that meal have a higher diaas score than just the individual foods? Thanks!

I'm looking for the tuna Autumn is using in this video with 43 grams of protein. I can only find like 22 grams of protein. I tried searching the brand with no luck. Autumn, where do you buy your tuna?

Safe Catch! You can get it at a lot of health food stores (Whole Foods does *not* seem to carry it though), on amazon or at costco.

I don’t know about that brand specifically, but I noticed in general that the bigger cans have the 40g+ protein and the smaller cans have around 20g. So maybe use two cans if you can’t find the bigger size?

Ok my obnoxious side lol totally wants to go ‘ner ner my hamburger press is better than yours!’ Haha Take that USA population of 300+ million! But I digress…not really. Each to their own, but I’m scratching my head why you don’t mix all your spices etc into your beef before making the burger so it’s not stuck all over your bbq? (Grill) Like I said everyone has their own burger mix. I tend to add a finely chopped onion, S&P, Worcestershire, fresh crushed garlic, a squirt of tomato sauce etc. one of my friends adds a satchet (envelope of powdered stuff) of chicken soup to hers. I find it too salty but she swears by it.

Selenium is in Brazil nuts. 3 to 5 a day helps men with low testosterone . Worcester sauce is loaded with soy. Bad for mens testosterone. Just sayin..❤ ❤❤❤❤

Love Brazil nuts as well. I use Lea & Perrins Worcestershire which is made from fermented anchovies, not soy :)
