It saddens me knowing that I used to push my husband to eat my cooking with canola oil. He didn't like it, but it was thought to be very healthy at the time!

The problem with all this research 🧐 is every single one of our bodies are 100 percent different….😢so that’s why it’s so stressful to find what fits for you 😢

I have learned to really listen to my body. Although not diabetic, I check my blood sugar regularly. Research helps and trusting your instincts is important. 😊

I have PCOS and I have the same question. It’s quite hard to fall asleep when you have PCOS so I’m wondering what happens to people like us

If you are in perimenopause or post menopause, the lifestyle and diet plus hrt are really important. Hrt isn't enough. Menopause means you lose your resilience so u have zero flex to let some things slide.

Don't care if I'm fat so long as my Blood Tests and BP are good, with minimal visceral fat.

You are not going to lose any weight just skipping breakfast. If you need to lose a lot of weight you need to get serious.

I lost 20# skipping breakfast. I was at the high end of bodyweight and went to low end

@@karena135 if you have to lose a trivial amount of weight, almost anything should work. If you are obese, you will adapt at around 30-40 pounds down. Congratulations on your weight loss if 20 was all you needed to lose. I wasn't considering situations like that because people who only need to lose 20 lbs. usually don't need special knowledge.

@@PhoenixTTD not obese. I'm 5'8" 140#, I was 160#. So definitely not overweight. You may consider it trivial or a fluke. But, I consider it a victory. Your opinion yours and has no scientific backing

@@PhoenixTTD actually, your original post says you aren't going to lose any weight skipping breakfast 😳
