Thank you for this video! ❤Perfect timing! I am 48 in perimenopause and on testosterone cream, estrogen patch and progesterone capsules and been reading and even my functional doctor said DO NOT take myo inositol as it will lower testosterone. There’s tons videos saying it lowers testosterone which obviously I don’t want to do as I have none. I’ve heard such great things about it especially for women in perimenopause and menopause! Can you do a video ( or if one exists:) on this topic of myo inositol , testosterone and benefits for perimenopause and menopause women? How much dosage and when to take? I know many say night time as it can support sleep. ❤

Recommendations for protein sources vegetarians? I do not eat meat, fish, or eggs. I am 57 and have been postmenopausal for two years. I tried HRT for 3 months and did not like how I felt, and my symptoms were not improved. I continued to suffer from a foggy brain, low energy, and urinary incontinence.
