These look amazing! I have an idea for a sweeteners episode : I would really like to hear about 1. what sweeteners are better for what types of dishes and preparations. For example how do erythritol and erythritol blends work in BAKING versus Allulose versus Stevia versus Sucralose etc Or in puddings, pastry creams, fillings, caramel, ice cream, fruit pies filling. Is there a breakdown within baking for what sweeteners work better in different types of baked goods such as cakes vs cookies vs muffins vs quick breads ? 2. What combinations of sweeteners pair well/ complement each other. For example, if allulose is 70% as sweet as sugar, when is it better to just increase the amount of Allulose to your taste, and when is it better to use another sweetener altogether to boost the sweetness level? I know baking in particular is very precise, even more so with keto dishes. So are adjustments to sweeteners likely to cause problems with a dish turning out properly? And if so what type of dishes are more prone to go awry with sweetener adjustments and which are more forgiving? Okay sorry for the interrogation, but thank you so much for all of your hard work and for sharing it with all of us!

Want to easily and cheaply make your own natural peanut butter? I use one 16 oz. jar of salted dry roasted peanuts and 4 tablespoons of powdered sweetener. Add the peanuts to the food processor and blend until it reaches your desired consistency. I like creamy. Then blend in the sweetener. Transfer the peanut butter to a sealable container and store in the refrigerator. While processing the peanuts, it will briefly form a ball and then all of a sudden it will start smoothing out. Takes about 1-2 minutes. 😊

I made these, I guess if you only eat sugar free treats you might think these are good. I prefer to buy Reeses sugar free peanut butter cups, they are sweet and taste like the real thing. I'm done with baking sugar free/keto cookies and treats, they are never as good as the real thing. I would rather do without sweets so as not to get my hopes up.
