Just for clarification, the Xbox Live dashboard was rated for everyone, and they really wanted to keep that rating so they were quick to react to anything slightly profane on profiles, since they can be accessed through the dashboard. I loved being on the forums back in the day, there were many parents that threatened to sue, despite their child having made severe terms of service/use infractions. It was a goldmine of fun. Regarding the freedom of speech thing, people still think that it applies to things like KZbin or Facebook, so still today people need to have it explained to them and most don't seem to understand it, and they will just shout censorship and that they will sue because they have freedom of speech, when they get a ban for breaking the terms of service.

I think the reason for this being in my recommended feed is because I got suspended of getting triggered on PS4. I guess the ban gave atleast something useful, had a great laugh knowing that worse people exist.

Well. My gamer tag is DriestRapier0 which I definitely get some funny remarks about. I always have to tell people it was the name they gave me. It was the name they gave me when I made my account. I had no idea what it sounded like then. If I ever get banned for a gamer tag sounding like I’m a rapist, I will have to tell MS to unban be because it’s all on them. Hopefully that won’t happen though. A rapier is actually a type of sword.

99.9% of the appeals are ridiculous. That said, has anyone actually paid attention to "WHO" XBOX now has running it's Enforcement Team? Like I said, 99.9% is just ridiculous users, but Microsoft has a responsibility that a " paid professional " be the one to make these decisions.
