Wondering, just cause I’m curious, do these exercises and your tips and trips work for sciatica nerve pain as well? Mine is fairly chronic, but it doesn’t result from bulging (that I know of) or herniation/fusion. It flares up when I do lower body stuff, or even just bend improperly or sit for too long. Would you still recommend these for helping with that?

You need to address sciatica first then apply these to make your results stick.

You definitely need to explore with your Dr why you're getting sciatica. I'm assuming you've had an MRI to rule out any disc issue? Could also potentially be piriformis syndrome for which there are a lot of videos on KZbin that will help!

What if I have disc pain when hinging. I can't even stand for 15 min without pain but your saying this is ok

What if the skateboard exercise cause low back pain 😢? Even doing that with an exercise ball hurts

Not too sure about any form of deadlifts after a back injury. I used to love single legged deadlifts but they eventually caused my herniated disc that has taken 1,5 years to recover from. I thought I had good form but obviously not. good enough.
