It's so funny hearing Brookfield being described like that haha. It's a real town about 30 minutes outside of Chicago. I've lived 5 minutes away from downtown Chicago for my whole life so naturally, I've been to Brookfield to go to their zoo since it's the only good one nearby. Definitely doesn't look like the way the author described haha. Loved the story!
