Find the PSWD jumper or you could try clearing CMOS. From the manual: 3. Locate the jumper on the system board. Remove the jumper from the PASSWORD pin. 4. Plug the jumper to CMOS_CLEAR. 5. Wait for 3-4 seconds. Replace the jumper to its original position You have to dig in deep to find them 🙂There is a slot tor a wifi half card inside, a dongle is easier lol

you can also find a site where it could provide a "generic" password
@Ariannus12 күн бұрын
The clear password instructions are on page 36 of the 9010 manual. The jumper is near the lower right corner of the mainboard a bit above the CMOS battery.

Looks like it won't be necessary based on one of your respondents - Ariannus - but Dogbert's password clear pages have fixed a fair few passwords for me, including Dell. Don't know about this one but would be interesting to find out dogber1.blogspot.com/2009/05/table-of-reverse-engineered-bios.html Might avoiding having to p*ss about opening it up

This was like buying all-in-one hifi systems from the 70's- early 2000's and probably beyond. The whole unit had to go for repair if just your tape deck or cd player was broken. Seperate components seem to work best. (of course I'm typing this comment on a Macbook Pro, which also is an all-in-one unit. lol! but you know what I mean.)
@johnphillips47839 күн бұрын
If you're good at repairing your own kit then an all in one shouldn't be all that hard to fix. Granted a tower system is much easier to repair and service. Also with a hifi setup if your amp blows then the whole set up is pretty much useless until the amp is repaired or replaced.

What PlayStations? Some models of the Xbox 360 use the 2-pin kettle plug but I’ve yet to see a PlayStation that takes anything like it.

I stripped a slightly newer 9020 aio (smashed glass) recently, fetched: - £69 for the LCD alone - £49 for mobo - £35 for psu - £20 for cpu (6th gen i5) - £10 for 8gb sodimm - £25 for stand A few other parts (heatsink, fan, buttons, i/o panel, wifi assembly, speakers, etc) but they haven't shifted so will probably bin.

There is an engineer flash file that can reset the bios and strip all the password protection out. It will just require a bit of a search to find it these days.

I just bought a Dell AIO that the thrift store thought was a monitor. But it’s not nearly as powerful as these. Mine came with a celeron n2830. 4GB ram. Came with key board and mouse and a power supply. A fresh install of Windows 8.1. Got mine for $7.93. Fun to tinker with but good for much else.
