The last two weeks I took several Uber rides and the drivers all said things have been slow the last couple of months. People aren't going out as much in the evening, when people like to drink and not drive, less business travel and there aren't as many tourists overall. I live in a big city.

I so appreciate how you put the “poor sales” in your videos and I really appreciate “time to sell”. When I watch other KZbinrs no one gives that level of detail and people start to think everything sells overnight and for big money. This is much more realistic

My sales plummeted in June. I lowered tons of prices by a lot, but still very low sales. I hope August jumps back up.

Just wanted to thank you for your helpful videos! Really appreciate you! Hopefully this tip helps you in return: with Flyp, you def don't have to list things in a lot just because they are already in your hands. You just mark the item as damaged, message the client and send a pic saying what damage wasn't disclosed, and ask if they want it returned or donated. Flyp gave me those instructions and Flyp will pay for the return label :) it makes reselling thru the app a lot less stressful.

My sales are very slow as well. Sent a 50% off offer to likers-not even 1 sale from that, which is really strange as there were a lot of likes. But then I had a sale at full price next day from a new user. Hard to figure out what works best on Posh lately. I really think the live shows have hurt sales as well as the economy. Little worried about how promoted closet feature will impact sellers. Hopefully things pick up soon. Best of luck to everyone 😊🌺🌸🌺

My sales dropped as well in June but I also slowed down myself with regards to the amount of new listings I had, so I dont fully blame summer slow down but I definitely feel it had an effect on my sales too. July is looking a lot better so fingers crossed your sales pick up too!

None of the stuff i bought from boutique by the box has sold, it's summer items too. 😢 and flyp has not been sharing my items as regularly, it's a chrome extension issue, support said it's on my end, so idk how to fix it. Maybe I'll do list perfectly, but it seems kind of expensive. 🙁

Hey there great video thank you! This is only my fourth month reselling online and each month. I have slightly increased my sales from the previous month so based on that it’s hard for me to gauge. I’m nowhere near what I would like to be at this point I’m only selling about 1 to 4 items a day on average

I know. I’ve only been selling for almost 4 months now and the first two months I sold 1-3 a week but this last month I’ve sold 3 things all together. Rather discouraging. And I keep adding new listings. I tell myself to hang in there til Fall to see how it goes. Thank you for all your help!

Do you think the drop in sales has to do with Poshmark parties? I personally do. I've been lazy listing but going to get back at it. Definitely a dip for me. As you said Torrid used to be a huge seller for me and I'm finding the Summer Torrid products just aren't moving. It's frustrating!

I hate those Poshmark party and show invites! I tried turning off the invites but I think Poshmark wants them on regardless. So annoying. I'm not a reseller so don't have to worry about profit but it would nice to make SOME money for all the effort I've put into my closet.

I have a question. I’m a new seller on Mercari and Poshmark. I have been selling on eBay for about a year. I have a customer on mercari wanting to know if that’s the cheapest I can do for shipping (it’s 2 lbs) I’m selling the same item on eBay and poshmark. What are my options here?

I’m primarily a shoe seller as well. Kids shoes that flip fast for me are Nike Converse Vans Adidas Sneakers also crocs, native. Not a lot of profit but I can usually get them for $1-3. And sell between $18-28. I don’t pick up a lot of them tho cause I don’t like cleaning them😅and not much profit. Also Sketchers sell fast $15-18.

Hi Sandra...thank you so much for your informative videos. I am new to online resale and have learned quite a bit from watching your videos. I have a question if you (or anyone else) might be able to help me. I have tried to list 2 dresses and have taken the photos using the 1:1 ratio. However, when I add the full-length photos of the dresses to my Poshmark listing, only a partial shot of the dress can be seen instead of the full length. I am beyond frustrated and don't know what I am doing wrong. Can anyone please help? Thank you in advance.

Have you tried fiddling with the little slide bar below the pic to adjust the size using the + or - icons? It's a bit tricky but you should be able to adjust it better. I still wind up with a black border around many items.

I slide up on the photo option and then select 4:3 and then square. Works well on my iPhone 11.

Quay is pronounced 🔑 key I know it’s so weird. I love those glasses I have found so many but I literally cannot bring myself to do anything but add them to my collection 😂 they are quality cute but not super heavy where they fall down your face.
