Hello Sandra, I had a question I’m new in Poshmark I started listening my items, I listened one bag with tags because it has all the tags, I listen like new with tags . But the next day everything in my listing were not in closet, I received a mail saying that “I kindly ask that you please provide the proof of authenticity for the items " Marc Jacobs crossbody bag, Michael kors tote." This can include your receipt or invoice from the original purchase. Once the authenticity is confirmed, I would be happy to reinstate the account on your behalf.” Sorry that these message is long I really don’t know if I should list items that do have tags , but I dont have receipts because they were a gift or is been to long I had them . Can anybody relate?

Just got my first dispute :( buyer said he did not receive the item & having accepted his low offer I did not go to the extra expence ( 5 euro ) to add a tracking number for a 15 euro profit.Is it wiser to not accept offers unless its worth adding a tracking number or is this buyer one in a million? as I feel most of my sales would not be sold at all.I am in my ist 25 sales .Thank you for all your info

I just can’t get excited about Depop. It feels slimy and yard sale-ish. I’m sure it’s going to reach a tipping point for the better as more serious resellers come on board. But as it is now, the platform isn’t appealing to me and resellers are lazy in presenting their products. Just my opinion. Absolutely love your content!

Yes! I do. Ignore them or report them. I got a lot in the beginning but they've almost stoped all together, the more listings I post, the less I receive. Hope that helps.
