Smut 1 allows you struggles and all tap training just to hold your finger and make it easier. You can spend DT but you might regret it later, unless you got money to spend on the game like crazy. Sewers and next map are VII stages then you'll unlock map so you can revisit or go anywhere available. This ki training teaches you ki blast so that will help you long range or block another ki blast if you don't use kiai in time. I'll put it simply, basically we are some beginner fighter with no special ability, like we are at the lowest and we rely on pure training so we learn skills very later compared to the rest of people or avarage at least, we are pretty dumb and that's why the shopkeeper teaches you how to wear more clothes. This isn't supposed for you to use very early but I reccomend you trying it on forest or here. Zenkai is a method to increase power level and keep the same exp requirement for you to "level up" but you can only use this method 3 times per meditation (you'll see why), in order to do a zenkai you need to be weaker than a boss (only bosses) by 1.1 Times and make sure your health is below the orange line, you can use the last enemy to lower your health that much just make sure you can kill it before it kills you, then when you enter the boss fight get into your inventory and make sure to but a magic bean which wil instantly restore your health and increase your pl by 8%-16% can vary, it's a permanent boost but in order to do it again you need to train until you become 1.5 times stronger in base, any sort of power up doesn't count. I mention powerup cause you are close there. You are unlikely to beat sewers before a pl of 30. Beating bosses with higher pl is cool but it'll make gold farming slower since common enemies will be at the same level as you pr higher, not to mention the higher the stage the more skilled tend to be the enemies just they use same IA combat.
