I truly don't get the point of the gear buttons. People say it clears up room, but with the gear shifting lever near the steering wheel, you'll get all you need for other stuff on the center console. The 2003 Honda Pilot has the best use of that space.

I would disagree. I don’t think this will totally disrupt the market, but the fact that Hyundai is putting a Turbo 4 in it says a lot. If you want more power out of the Toyota or Accord, you need to move to the V6s which are horrible on gas compared to the 4s. The N line will really shake things up because there really isn’t anything like it in this class besides VW Arteon of course.

@@devinbender8428 I'd have to disagree on that... Your views on Hyundai design is quite pessimistic. To be quite frank, all car designs look relatively similar so it's easy to say one is copying the other. There are several reasons why cars all look fairly similar, but I think Hyundai do just enough to make some detailed changes to make their cars stand out a little. If a car company wants to go all out radical with their design, they risk making something very polarizing; case in point, the Tesla Cybertruck

1:44 Great Video as always, Roman. Were you the one performing the short "summon" maneuver? If so, with all intents and purposes, the car will definitely recognize the key proximity (more than anything else) and stops. Though I don't doubt its technology, it would be better if someone else tries the summon maneuver while you stand in front of it.

Bye. These over sea brands are branding everything America creates. I had the recent Sonata slow big bad on gas and actually was a good drive. Hope this one is better. Although all theyre doing is buying into American Sedans. Honestly growing up all my toys said made in China Japan Tokyo etc...all bad toys. I could never go against American brands for China brands. Sorry

But how come you're not complaining that they put the less powerful engine in The limited version they put an Elantra 1.6 l turbo and a car that should have a 2.5 l or a 2.5 l turbo at the very least a 2.0 turbo with 245 horse

@Mudisuda Raman uhh, what does that have to do with buying Hyundai? I guarantee that you buy a million Chinese products everyday, and they have an estimated MILLION Uighur Muslim minorities imprisoned in labor camps where many commit suicide. Are you boycotting pretty much all products? If not, you're just being hypocritical.

Yes, me too,..I like the design all 'round! For once, a car makers who designs a great looking front with an equally nice looking rear end. ( oh geez,.I did say that didn't I? ah well! ) Makes me wonder if my next vehicle will be a 'car' again. Thanks Roman.

The 'come to me' feature will not work with non-electronically shifted transmissions. I do prefer a traditional gear lever too but I totally understand why Hyundai put the push button gear selector in the car.

okleydokley I agree. AWD is only helpful for performance in situations when you need power to the rear wheels. For traction in snow or ice, good winter tires alone suffice.

Wait for the mid-cycle ('21 MY) refresh, as this same T-2.5L will be base on the Stinger's cousin, the '21 Genesis G70. So the N-engine, along with pretty much everything else will be available on the Stinger.
