@@user-sz9vt4sd7y again i agree, but unless you are much better than your opponent, you wont be able to capitalize on their mistakes every time. im a plat player. if i could capitalize on plat players' mistakes, i would not be plat. but, i am plat because i can not capitalize on their mistakes every time. its idealistic to say "low elo players make so many mistakes, just capitalize on them", but so do i. i am that low elo player that makes mistakes. therefore, i will not be able to get a lead consistently every single game, so id think its useful to learn how to try to play behind, no?

idk if you're still reading. He wanted to "contest the bounce" so that gnar doesnt get free prio into bounce back. By contesting the bounce he kept building a wave for himself right away and since Diana could not get close to top in that time he could harass and dive gnar again to expand his lead without losing prio to gnar for a second. At least thats how I'd explain it to myself.

I got 600 games in gold. I got 55-60% wr on my main champs. I can’t climb to save my life. I crawl up to gold 2 and get horrible matches one after the other that undos all my lp. I usually play champs like sion, singed, and random champs. I don’t understand, if I go tanks I get teammates who struggle to do damage. Most of my games I’m top damage in the game as singed or Sion but my team just isn’t able to help enough to win. I know I can play better, but I don’t understand. Do I need to main carry champs in order to win.

Certain champs carry games harder than others, there is no surprise there, but other champs can enable your team, making them stronger. The champs you have just described, Sion and Singed, they give your team space and they can also front line. So understand your champs strengths and play around them. Split push to drag enemies into you so that your team can breathe and farm. Rotate to objectives and protect your carries. These are things to look out for. Where as if you are playing Jax, your job is not to think of your team, but instead to think how YOU can get ahead and carry them. You think Fiora is worried about her ADC getting jumped in the fight? She simply wants to go and get kills. If she kills someone, the team now has an advantage. They both have strengths and weaknesses, although some can shine brighter in lower elos. I think the most important thing to climb is mindset, so if you work on it, you will for sure climb. Remember to never focus on what your teammates are doing wrong, you cannot control them. Focus on yourself. Think about it like this, if Alois was playing this match for me, would he win? The answer 95% of the time is "Yes". There are always better decisions to be had. Play what you like, have fun and try to play every game with the mindset of getting 1% better. If you are getting 1% better after every match (If you learned something, even if it is very small), you will eventually climb. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

with all due respect. But a champ like sion or singed doesnt need his team to deal damage in order to win the game. Those champs are completely capable of 1v9ning when played properely

You gotta just stop dying and start diving the enemy top and spreading your lead after you do that. Ez pz in gold. They’ll always troll the lane phase. Slow push, zone them away from thinning and then dive them. (Without dying to jungler)
