im not sure if your aware ghillie but if your using a controller sniping with controller is entirely different than sniping with a mouse, with a mouse you have infinite deadzone so you dont sacrifice low sensitivity control or high sensitivity control but with a controller you do. also with a controller the more you zoom in the heavier and more sluggish your flicks and focusing on the target will be. you will be better off half way zooming in and try to minimize the movement of the scope if your on controller. that will give you a much greater chance of hitting the target because when you zoom in 100% the scope will feel heavier and you will have less control off the inputs.
