I have a 15 prius I did uber in. I put nice car seat covers on, always got compliments and deep dish more plastic like material floor mats. It makes cleaning so much easier for Turo vs my 19 rav 4 which has the cloth seats and rubber heavy duty floor mats. Planning on getting covers and mats just for an easier clean.

I found out really fast for especially low older eco cars, just do the safety stuff outside of that its not worth it adding any features or cosmetic to the cars. If a customer wants all the bells and whistles they should be willing to pay for a newer car. I had one guest ask for a back up camera in a 2012 Yaris LOL - I said I have that in our 2019 Corolla and they upgraded.

Exactly. Those people who rent older cars aren't looking for bells and whistles, they're looking for cheap transportation. If I in vest a couple thous and into an old car to add some bells and whistles, It defeats the whole purpose. Now someone has to rent an old less reliable car for a lot of money.

Enjoy your content. I've got a question. In your opinion, what's the max amount of vehicles on turo you can handle by yourself before you need to hire someone to help?

FYI I manage 20 cars in Las Vegas for two hosts and have 3 of my own. I think I could do 30 then I would hire someone.
