Well then that limits the claimant's ability to seek justice for potential copyright abuse, which is strictly protected under the digital millennium act that governs the platform. KZbin would get sued to death by every copyright holder on the planet if they stopped prioritising copyright holders over creators. Also for it to be "proven" it has to go to court cus KZbin cannot legally determine what is and is not fair use, only the courts can do that, so once a claim has been made the only way to reverse its effects are either for the claimant to retract the claim or for the courts to say it's fair use (KZbin can only really do anything if it's not a question of fair use and there is just blatant misuse of the system) It's similar to the issue that creators can only refute 3 claims at a time while copyright holders can make as many claims as they want

Exactly! Spizee apparently striked my boy Vesh for "copyright" but in reality, from Spizees "my response" video, 90% of Spizee talks about Veshremy bullying him too harshly. Maybe if Spizee gave Vesh a strike for harassment/bullying, then that would be a better case. Now obviously I'm on Veshremy's side and I'll admit that Vesh did say some things that I wouldn't have said to Spizee in terms of how sensitive KZbin is, but technically, it's commentary, which is legal, and Veshremy doesn't even mean the stuff he says, it even literally says that on his KZbin description. But what Spizee does need to learn from this is that when you get fame, there'll be hate.

I think this situation might be the a great example of taking things at face value. TheManniShow apologized and cleared up the reason why copyright strikes were issued (They were done by an agency he hired that didn't ask for his consent). But regardless of how much you make dislike or hate his content, looking into the situation deeper is always important. I'm only saying this because I see some comments that are fresh 1 or 2 days old, that jump the gun when there is new information already available.
