These were RIDICULOUSLY wide!
Welcome back to my channel!
Me and Miyah recently had a very fun lesson, where we tried doing oxers for the first time together! If you don't know what an oxer is, it's a jump with two uprights, one in front of the other, making the jump very wide. We started off by doing some small spreads just to get Miyah used to the idea of taking off early. A spread is where you have an upright jump and then another cross pole in front of the upright. We ended up jumping an oxer that was 80cm wide! We did do a proper warm up and cool down, we just didn't get to film it.
