Hey can you tell me why when I try to add a new wave file in my drum rack or hot swap one it layers it I guess making it labeled multi on several of the pads?

Gosh, I don't know. It doesn't do that for me.

If you want to avoid tweaking knobs every time for the velocity fix, what you could do is create a blank drum rack, load in an empty sampler one channel with the setting put to 100, duplicate that till you fill maybe 24 channels (which for a drum track should be more than enough) and then right click on the drum rack and click "save as default preset". Boom, every time you load a drum rack you have 24 samplers with your preferred settings ready to go in your rack. Spend about 3 minutes one day and you will never ever have this issue again.
