I had a few questions but didn’t really know where to ask. In the stat blocks, what is “HD”? I assumed it was “hit dice” at first but it doesn’t track. Then I thought maybe it was a stand in for CR but that seems way off. Also, some of the creatures have an ability to pass any save as a special ability to pass and fail but all the special actions are “at the end of an enemies turn”. I assume you just break the rule and use it if they fail, but is the intention that this is separate from a reaction? Obviously I just just rule this how I see fit, but I’m curious what the “official” ruling is.

Do you think they'll like it even though it darkens some of the Peter Pan characters?

I hope so. I'm not even sure how many kids these days have even heard of Peter Pan too. I'll find out.

I just bought this and although I'm quitting D&D soon to play other systems (Fallout, Call of Cthulhu, Monster of the Week, and Blades In the Dark) I'll definitely be trying to use it in the future, even if it's for a one shot. I mostly bought it because the cover and art is gorgeous and so well illustrated

Looks good. Unfortunately I cannot get a role playing session together. I played "Tales from the Loop" with two friends of mine in online sessions but due to interfering life issues they both are out of time at the moment.... I would desperately like to play again.
