I wonder, what are the crazy odds that some random character in the Data World snuck in real quick, took the last data pod to the real world, and then used the pod to travel elsewhere in the span of time Ephemera and Skuld were outside looking at the destruction of Daybreak Town? (Just to feed this dumb idea, the Pods are located in the basement by the sewers, and the pair climbed the tower to the top in order to see the destruction, so it was a long ride up) I assume the correct answer in this case is that the Data pods are incapable of transporting people across time when used in the real world anyways, since by somewhat convenience we never see one of the Data pods get used in the real world, its always one of the Real pods instead.

@@NeroLeMorte I believe the Darkness that became Vanitas has been in Ventus this whole time, as Vanitas was created when Xehanort separated the Darkness from Ventus' heart not long after Xehanort adopted him.

(I separated the comment in paragraphs so it doesn't look like just a bunch of text xd) Watching the true dandelion cutscene again , for some reason, made me think, what if the true dandelion is Master Ava, and its also somehow Subject X, it kinda made sense to me the why in the secret reports of KH3, Subject X was refering to 4 friends, and a "key", because of the 4 "friends" refering to the other foretellers (she was really friendly, so I guess they could count as friends to her) and the "key" could be refering to NoName, to when Ava searched for Luxu and saw it there. It always resonated to me what was the "key" refering to, and why was it singular instead of plural, like "keyblades", like, why just one "key", was it hers? or someone else's? or was it refering to a more metaphorical way of "key"?, then I realized the two things that I could see as "THE KEY" (Refering to an important kind of keyblade), and I could just think of 2 candidates: The x-blade and NoName, and Noname is the most related to Ava of the two. As of Ava being the true dandelion, she (in a way) was the leader of the dandelions, and therefore, the true dandelion. This could also connect to why Ava wasn't in the Epilogue of KH3. About her being Subject X, in the secret reports it is said that Xehanort *thinks* she is around 15 y/o (which would fit her, because she seems like the youngest one of the foretellers and when she sat with Ephemer in back cover, they were the same height), and that she traveled from the past with others (which could be refering to the other foretellers, but luxu wanted them to time travel in different ways for some reason or could just be refering to the pods and she somehow knows she and others time traveled that way, maybe luxu told her idk). I've seen people theorize that the true dandelion is data Strelitzia, but we know so little about Strelitzia and the true dandelion, and as much as I like her character and want to see her in a future title, I think Ava fits more to the criteria. And of the theories of Skuld being Subject X, I see where they are going and honestly I also believed this theory, but after thinking about it a little more, now I'm starting to be more of the Ava side, I just don't see what "key" could Skuld be connected to, only her 4 friends (which I think it would be 5 or more if it was her, because I'm pretty sure she would at least consider the player a friend and not just the other union leaders). Ava would be more connected to the "key" part, and Skuld would be more connected the "4 friends" part, so it really is confusing. Anyways, that's why I think Ava is both Subject X and The true dandelion. Thanks to the 3 people that may actually read this to the end.

I agree with you, Ava, because, for someone to be "recreated in the future" they would need a vessel and someone who remembers them, since the subject X came from the past, the only one who could remember her and also have a vessel (maybe the ones made by vexen) was braig, in other words, luxu, so she's probably both, X and true dandy.

This might be an unpopular take, but: What if Skuld's pod didn't activate? Ephemer's didn't activate so it could stand to reason that hers didn't as well and they're hiding that fact for Missing Link or Verum Rex. Another thing: One of the data pods weren't taken. That's not a coincidence; Nomura is pulling some shenanigans with this. We know at the end of Melody of Memory that Mickey is heading to Scala. Maybe that will connect with the whole pod situation?

In the beginning of the video, that is something I state I would like to talk about in depth in the future. A part of what I will talk about is a scene in KH2, when you're on the world map, eventually Chip and Dale point out they're seeing two Twilight Towns, one of them being fuzzy. That is the data Twilight Town. So it seems that data worlds, when they start glitching, can become visible to the real world. That is what I believe is happening to the data Daybreak Town when Ephemer and Skuld are in the real world. Of course, I could be wrong!

A part of me wishes for a remake of the Chi story because I want to experience it as a proper game and to experience the story in a more streamlined manner. I’m still a teensy bit confused about the whole thing, luckily this video explains it the best. I still have some questions about the ending: At the end of the video, Ephemer’s pod gets left behind, but I thought he got sent to the place where Scala Ad Caelum would be created? I know someone said that the location of the lifeboat is completely random, so I’m assuming that applies to time and location. Ephemer must be in the past if Brain was already in Scala Ad Caelum where he meets Sigurd and gets his hat back. Brain is possessed by Luxu, which is how he managed to escape without using a pod, but what happened to Luxu’s original body? Brain-Luxu can use the portal, and I’m assuming he keeps possessing bodies until Birth By Sleep, so how long did it take to get to that point? Did Brain-Luxu take his hat with him knowing that Brain would manifest if the memory of him existed? Does this confirm there are two Brains?! I’m assuming there are two Brain’s because Ephemer has the Master’s Defender, and Luxu left Brain’s hat at some point in time, which allows Ephemer to remember him, just like Maleficent in KH2. The three fairies remembered her name after the bird drops her cloak. Lastly, what happened to the MoM before all this? I know he can time travel because of the Gazing Eye, but I don’t remember how he got sent to the present (Sora’s time). Does he use the Power of Waking?

Ephemer's pod never time traveled, we know this cause it never disappeared. Notice everyone else was without their pods, the pod disappears because it can't handle the speed of light it takes to time travel. So Ephemer's pod still existing means he never time traveled, he just was stuck in there until the town completely destroyed. Brain is not possessed by Luxu because it completely contradicts Luxu's report in KH3, where he explicitly states he does NOT keep his Keyblade, but gives it to another. I suggest you watch my Brain and the Tear in Time video for my full explanation on how it's impossible. the MoM tells Darkness he leaves for the world of unreality/fantasy/fiction/whatever. Forgive any errors as I’m on mobile. But the thing about Hollow Bastion’s lifeboat is that it seems to be completed. Darkness tells Maleficent, when the two are making their way to the tower, that the only reason Daybreak Town’s (real, not data) lifeboat CAN time travel is because its incomplete- but that its original purpose was for space travel. So since Kairi traveled through space in her pod, we can assume the lifeboat in Hollow Bastion was complete.

After the credits of the game, we see that Ephemer's pod never disappeared. So he never time traveled, but rather was stuck inside until Daybreak Town completely fell to ruin.

He got past the storm. He might have traveled slightly in time to avoid destruction but that is unknown. Another theory is that only 7 pods could travel through time and that in the gap between Skuld and Efamer the remaining pod in the data world was brought to the real world and used to travel to the future which might explain Brain reaching the future. That is only a theory though.

I just noticed this detail. The MOM's plan was stated to be having the 7 strongest willful darknesses sealed inside of him and his apprentices... including Luxu. When Luxu is talking to the one in the real world that Darkness states the 7 disappeared after the war. But one should be in Luxu, and both Luxu and the darkness should know that so this begs the question where are the other 7 Darknesses?

After the 7, 6 Darkness' should remain (as there are 13). 1 Darkness was sealed in Ventus and the other 4 sealed in a data cable. 1 should remain however. It can't be Luxu, he already has his sealed so the only available option is whomever is in the white blanket (probably Starlitzia). Its the only thing that makes sense.

And if the Darkness is always watching, why were they tricked by Player? They should have known the plan to trick them or at the very least known if one of their own was actually possesing Player, at the very least. The Darkness may think they're all knowing and all powerful but they're not.

It may seem like it, but I don’t think Luxu is claiming that he’s read the book. Instead, I think the MoM informed Luxu in depth on a lot of events (both future and past, like the Darkness’ backstory), as well as the *contents* of the book. Like, Luxu mentions the lost page to Ava, but we learn much later that the MoM told Luxu about the lost page, *not* that he’s read it himself.

So there was a pod left over in the data world. Could someone have used it? Could Ava have been in the data world? Whoever did use the data pod, the real world pod system was crushed by rocks. I wonder why subject x has no memories? Something to do with a bad lifeboat experience? And I’m guessing the white cloak belonged to Streletzia. Tho I do remember the scene where Master Xehanort was carrying Ven wrapped in a similar white cloak. But I believe it showed Streletzia in the white cloak as a ghost to Lauriam in a dream. And I also remember a scene of a white cloak walking with Luxu through Daybreak. Luxu or MoM said out of the 13 darknesses 7 would be put into the fortellers luxu MoM so that’s 7. 5 would go into Dandelions. And 1 would be trapped. I bet the 1 darkness that was supposed to be trapped could’ve used a pod while Ephemer and Skuld left the lifeboat to go on the roof for a scene. Messing up the plan of trapping the darkness.

@@TheSecretReports the 6 pods on top seem like 1 is missing the center of that row of pods, but that is a given due to the design of the structure. The one that is used for the white coat luxu placed inside did not move up into that spot and disappear like the others. Maybe indicating that pod the white coat used was designed for that person (specially for them.) Maybe there was an 8th pod and that's how the MoM disappeared to god now`s where too. I have asked friends who have no idea about kh or the khux/pods at all (shocking I know lol.) And some of them came to the same conclusion as well. Just looking at it and we would all think oh the pods on the ground moves up into that spot cause it was being worked on nope it disappeared right there. I don't know the design of the whole pod structure looks off I guess plus it's kh after all lol.

Ajax87 I mean, if there was an 8th pod in the center, it left long before the others, but that doesn’t make sense as the MoM and Darkness confirm that the first activation of the pods will start the trigger for Daybreak Town’s destruction- that’s why the glitches return when Maleficent uses the lifeboat. The first set of glitches was from Wreck it Walph’s world, *not* because a secret 8th lifeboat was used, because if that was the case, Brain would not have been able to stabilize it like he did. Plus, even on the monitor on the left of the room, it displays all the pods, those that are present, gone, activated, and broken. And there’s no sign of an 8th pod on that monitor, even if it had left.

Oh! I just realized the pod in Sleeping Beauty’s World was one of these lifeboats! That’s why Laurium and Elena landed in that World! Sterletzia’s data was their waypoint, the lifeboat with the “true dandelion” must have had her data within!

Current theory is the Data version of Skruletzia. Which Luxu didn't need a lifeboat to transport her between the Data and Real worlds.

I personally don't believe it's Strelitzia because why would Luxu put her/her data body in a pod, and then *later* ask Brain if she, the last Union Leader, fell (died)? These two scenes contradict each other in the idea that Luxu knows of Strelitzia's fate-- that why I don't believe it's her that he put into the pod.

AcceleGamer I’m not willing to die on the hill that its Ava, I’m the type to just wait and see. But I will say that if Ava time traveled, her mask could be her medium. And the sheet would be a way of avoiding a face reveal for her.
