Play with detachment. Give a hoot of cos , but don't give a hoot : ) Like an elephant has tuskers . . not meant to chew food . Or say , Hiss but don't bite . Be a witness , act of cos but not be a slave to the view . Hope that helps.

This is top knowledge. Applying it can get you there. I'm sitting here watching this, paused it, felt Beingness. Just tenderness, total love, acceptance of myself totally. That's what I felt and what I want to be constant. Bless Lester - and the fantastic camera person who took time to let us read the notes without jumping around.

I love what he says about feelings being programs. Barry long says that all feelings must go, that feeling is bondage, survival programs as Lester says. Erasing programs as in Ho'oponopono

Lester Levenson- He studied everyone Vivkenanda and all the other Yogis. He synthesised it into something that every average non-awakened person can access a no-mind state. This is such a Crown Jewel of Existence. Thank you for posting.

From my understanding, Lester came to these realizations all by himself, after being diagnosed with a heart condition and given not very long to live. He realized the futility and misery that results from resisting what is here and now, and from withholding one's love from others, and so gave love instead, and let go of trying to change things. Underneath all these emotions he released came the fear of dying, which he realized what we humans run from all the time. He allowed the fear of dying up and out. He did all this within three months, and went free - the profound dissolution of all perceived problems and fears, and a rest in the only Truth, as pure beingness, as oneness with all beings and things. I believe he may have studied other yogis, but only after his own realizations.

@@zain4019 Correct. He came to his own realizations at death's door step over the course of 3 months, healing first and then into full enlightenment. He studied what seems to be mostly advaita style yogis afterwards like Ramana Maharshi and Vivekananda.

Yes, it was strange that Hawkins took course with Lester and even taught the sessions method himself, but he never formally acknowledged this in any of his material. There is one KZbin interview of him taking a bit about Lester. He kind of used Lester's template and combined it with his own experience and intellectualization.

Reading and Listening what Lester wrote here and read the words himself takes one not to the ultimate realization. It is diligent understanding of the every word and practice of each in one'd day to day life which leads to realization. How many people do you know who can "Leave their minds outside the room."? And walk into the room completely empty of any thoughts and memory? That is what is required to be "Free". To realize the "I", "It", the "Ultimate Consciousness". To Merge the "it", the small consciousness in the "waves of the ocean", with the "I", the Ocean of Consciousnesss. One can never know or comprehend "Omnipresence, Omnipotence, Omniscience" thought the mind, through logic, through the senses., Leave those outside, empty the mind, then meditate. "I" will then be realized.

@@christinemagruder7760 A number of years ago I received the idea of "letting go". I sit quietly and just let it all go. If I notice any effort/attempt involved in this, I smile and let that go too. It helps to watch the breath, but that isn't the point. What could be easier than letting go? If you have a stone in your hand you don't have to think about or make an effort to let it go. You just drop it. The thing you are struggling with is a thought/feeling. Since you are aware of that thought/feeling it is obviously not you. It is like a pesky mosquito that keeps circling you. You don't have to fight/swat it. Just let it go; replace it with a Thought of God, ex.: "I am the full expression of my Father. I am His Christ." If that particular one doesn't work for you, find one of His Thoughts that does work. (You can be sure you will receive the right Thought that will work for you. You'll know when it happens.) When you struggle with something, you are making it real by putting energy into it. If it's not a Thought of God, it doesn't mean anything and has no existence of its own anyway. You can't eliminate something negative by fighting it. Just acknowledge it's meaninglessness and replace it with something True. Psalm 46:10 is translated: "Be still, and know that I am God ." The Hebrew word that is translated as "be still" is HARPU, which actually means "let go". You can go all the way with this. May I suggest you investigate "A Course in Miracles"? Just google it. It uses the term "Forgiveness" for releasing. It is not forgiveness in the ordinary sense of the word, that of seeing what someone else has apparently done to you and then crossing it off your list of grievances. Rather, Forgiveness is the realization that what another seemed to do to you was a projection of fear, and fear has no reality, except that which we (imagining we are a personal self) give it. You are not and cannot be a victim of this seeming world, nor of "someone else". It takes a while to accept What We Are, but it is inevitable. Believe me, it has taken me almost 40 years to be able to acknowledge the Christ Reality of "myself", but once one can allow that Thought of one's total holiness as the Full Expression of God, then release from limitation is inevitable. In fact, that Thought is release! Tim Baralis P.S. You are already totally released/Forgiven. God holds no grievances!

What happened? Since 1996 it’s impossible to go free. Why? At this point many people know humanity is controlled by occult powers. Those powers upgraded the control system that year, and the two implants we have over the eyebrows in the frontal lobe, making it impossible to go free. With the ones before it was very difficult but not impossible. However the method can improve your life very much, but from 1996 you can’t take the fina step

because noone fully answers the question WHO AM I. Fully enough to until they truly realise. Forget that releasing bullshit crap that his students teach, they did not got it, just misleading everyone. The causal sequence= Consciousness > concentrated consciousness (will) > mind > brain > body senses > physical world (forms of consciousness). Just go back, who am I ? see who you are until you fully realise that it is true. At first brain will not accept it, spend time on it, go through your experience into it until you loose the false identifications to the effects (mind, brain, body, material). Right now you do not truly realised that you are not the sequence. Bro spend time until your brain gets IT.
