The job is bad, I did it and left. Pay is not great, you work open to lock, your most of the time by yourself with no help, corporate is never happy. Good luck ever getting time off because there is never any covering help, and you often bounce back and forth from different locations because they have no help and don't expect gas money. Costumers are always pissed because the prices are always going up, don't ever expect your bonus because they set the system up to make sure you never make the numbers needed. They always sell you the lie of how they promote from within, but there is never a position for you. Trust me, I could add 10 more paragraphs.

@@Entrepreneur.stanley No because most of these places are fake and actually run by real estate agents, a group of ten or so investors. You just have no clue how they operate. The investors chip in and then slowly bump up the rent on all the units until the point that most people can't afford it, they all leave and then you bring a new customers and it's the same thing over and over after promotions expire. It's about leasing out real estate property, it's disguised as self-storage.

@@PCC_ deadass fucking amazing. My coworkers are great. I met the whole district over zoom and they were all very cool and they come from all backgrounds. It’s weird cause I came from besybuy which is pure retail and pushing of protection plans and credit cards. Now it’s more of an office type job picking up phones and doing payments over the phone using their company software and a mix of selling lockers and supplies for customers. Training is so extensive and they make you really understand everything without any pressure. It’s a 30 day training . 2 weeks with district manager and then 2 weeks at your permanent store. But yes if u see a position for it I would reccomend applying. It’s amazing

I sure hope it's not like CubeSmart on No las Vegas Blvd in Las Vegas. My items were stolen and I hadn't physically checked on unit for 26 months. I paid for unit plus insurance for over 2 yrs and was denied my compensation that I paid for every single month. UNBELIEVABLE and BULLSHIT! Have to take them to Court.

theres so much stealing now. druggies they steal too the rap promoting too is mafia. lotsa stealing out there it seems like. theyre bringing in drugs now more to usa n' it might increase crime if people use drugs. some are ungated at all. which is fine. we seen gang atalkers they store junk in the sheds! all junk! on who lives in his car n' shed has coffins in there. boondockers.
