Since the sound wasn't much difference, I'm going with the track package. I'm old school so drone doesn't bother me. Thank you for the video. My Z06 has a stage 3 cam, so this should be very interesting.

I have the 15 Z06 with the AWE Xpipe and track exhaust. Love the sound. Now having ARH long tube headers and a TSP stage 3 Cam package. Can’t wait to see what this set up will sound like and HP gain.

I have both systems. Only ran the track for a few weeks. It’s been a few years and I haven’t put it back on since. The touring sounds much better in my opinion. More of a tuned sound over just some straight pipes.

@@jonmotors6016 it’s great. I find it just right. They make a conversion kit as well that bands in and out if you’d like to throw the mufflers/baffles on and off. Nice idea.

Got the track edition on my C7 Stingray with an x pipe. Just a heads up before buying, its extremely loud in person. wish it would came with npp.

Oscar, so I just have C7 stock stingray. I heard when he added just the xpipe you couldn't tell much diff when cruising (30-40mph). I want to make my C7 sound louder when cruising, but not extremely loud. I don't think AWE sells xpipes anymore so might go Bora over Corsa. Hoping it would sound nice with the xpipe without having to change out the stock exhaust. What's your opinion on it?

Yep. The EPA is cracking down on any product that defeats an emissions control device, ie. catalytic converters.

Solid plan! C7 over C8 is solid too. I’ve driven C8’s and I like them. But the C7 is a blend of raw performance and sophistication unmatched by the C8. Especially with a manual transmission. lol. All of the major exhaust manufacturers have dropped their xpipes that remove the secondary cats. So yeah, it’s getting real tough to find them. The silver lining...the C7 is a killer car even with the stock xpipe.

Great question! I have had both setups, and have a video with the stock xpipe. It’s not much different with the stock xpipe.

Is there any fitment issues or rubbing of any kind? I had the track edition on my 18 STi and the tips rubbed the exhaust cutouts on the bumper and ruined the finish of the diamond black tips. It was a known issue on the Subarus. It sounded great but I was disappointed with the fitment. Now that I have a C7 I'd like to purchase this exhaust for it, but only if the fitment isn't an issue.

Super loud doesn't mean it sounds amazing. When running straight pipes you NEED some sort of a resonator to clean up the sound. I really like yours better! I finally got my zr1 side vents installed. Absolutely love them! It really makes the car look different and standout. It was a B**** to install but got it done!
